A patio is the floor of your outdoor home, and it takes more abuse than any interior floor — foot traffic, furniture, weather, and freeze-thaw cycles. We build patios the way a structural contractor builds a floor: excavated to proper depth, geotextile fabric to prevent base migration, compacted aggregate in engineered lifts, a bedding layer screeded to exact grade, and pavers or natural stone laid with tight joints and polymeric sand. Then we seal it. The result is a patio that stays level, drains properly, and looks better in ten years than the day it was built.

How We Build
Our Patio Build Process
Layout & Excavation
We lay out the patio, verify utilities, and excavate to the correct depth for your soil and climate — typically 7–9 inches total.
Base & Bedding
Geotextile fabric, compacted aggregate base in lifts, and a screeded bedding layer set to exact grade with drainage slope.
Surface Installation
Pavers or natural stone laid in your chosen pattern, cut to fit edges, and jointed with polymeric sand for a locked, weed-free surface.
Sealing & Finish
Professional sealer applied to lock in color, resist stains, and protect against freeze-thaw damage.
